 Field trip is a visit to the Natural History Museum Planetarium in Albuquerque.
Create things that fly such as paper airplanes and space shuttles to learn about aerodynamics.
Create a real water rocket to learn about propulsion and pressure.

Learn about molecules, protons, neutrons, chemical reactions and physics.

 Field trip is a visit to the Los Alamos Labs Bradbury Science Museum.
Hands on experiments including chemical reactions and catalyst agents.

Practice math, measurement, combining ingredients and enjoying the art and science of cooking and baking.

Hiking at Battleship Rock and/or Ghost ranch to find fossils/rocks.
Learn about the different classifications of dinosaurs.

Learn about the geography of Earth and study a culture.

 Field trip is a visit the International Folk Art Museum.
Learn about the earth and cultures.
We will choose a country to study to discover their physical and political geography and learn about their culture.

Doctor Doolittle Week

(Zoology)
Learn about the animal kingdoms and classifications.
Learn about endangered species and the wonderful organizations working hard at protecting them.

 Field trip is a visit to the Albuquerque Zoo.
Field trip to the Horse Shelter & Animal Shelter.
Learn about Greenpeace, Earth Trust, Roots N Shoots, and the World Wildlife Fund.

Help save an animal in Santa Fe.
Swimming trips twice a week.
$10 of each student’s tuition will be donated to the animal organization of the student’s choice.
