Santa Fe International Elementary School is the fulfillment of my long time dream. This is the perfect place to express my passion for children and education, and combine that with the experience and background I have in business to ensure a long and healthy life for this school.
I have worked in education for the past 12 years and have longed to create with my teachers a wonderful and exciting learning environment that weaves together academic excellence, a love of the arts, and international cultures into a curriculum that inspires and cultivates each student individually that is both emergent and vibrant.
SFIES provides rich opportunities for children to be creative, understand different cultures, be challenged, and explore the world around them. We encourage children to be inquirers, thinkers, communicators, risk-takers, principled, caring, open minded, balanced and reflective!
I walked away from the high tech world 15 years ago to follow my passion of making a difference in the world. As the director of this school I will bring forward all I have learned in education, with non-profits, working in the high tech world, and being an entrepreneur.

Dominique Sire
For the past 20 years I have been conducting personal growth workshops and lectures for groups of up to 400 people throughout America, Europe and Australia. I work with people from all walks of life.
Born and raised in France I have traveled extensively all my life. This global awareness shaped who I am and deeply influenced what I believe about education, and what kind of school I want for my 8 1/2-year old son. As our world is getting smaller and smaller every day it only makes sense for our children, who of course are the future, to receive an education that fully connects them to this world. I believe educating a child in this way not only strengthens and develops their mind but just as importantly their heart.
